hounds vs. komets

danny got 4 free tickets to watch some intense united hockey league action. it was the chicago hounds hockey team play the fort wayne komets at the sears center for the colonial cup playoffs. incidentally, the uhl consists of 10 minor league hockey teams, in which the chicago hounds are ranked 7th, and the komets are ranked 1st. we lost 4 to 2, but danny and i had a blast heckling the other team. we weren't able to find anyone available to take the last 2 tickets, but it seemed like they couldn't give tickets away at that place. we're thinking of getting a group together for next season... as the price for club seats are an affordable $20!

we then met up with aymeei and lonnie at houlihan's, for a post game drink. my throat was cashed from all the screaming at the game, so i drank mango tea all night... very punk rock. xavius was there too, but he called up some girl and hung out in the parking lot all night... nice.

so it's officially 4.20! smoke 'em if you got 'em! i've gotta remember to text all my brothers and sisters who are celebrating today!

april fools

at work, i put a picture on the break room computer that inferred that i was leaving the woodfield store to go to north michigan ave . since i am generally a smartass and a clown at work, most people caught themselves and remembered that it was april 1st. some people were tricked, like ariel , and she later punched me hard in the kidneys... twice.

saturday i went to on the border to see kenny. we went to st. charles to some bar for some drinks. jay and i went to the dance club next door. then we all went to cadillac ranch for some pool and cowboy hats and i got home at like 4:00am. sunday all i did was watch the lakers game. monday all i did was watch ai , k-pax , on the line , and serendipity while doing laundry, cutting my hair, and cleaning my room. it's hard, was i a slacker or was i busy?
