friday recap

so i went to class at like 9:00am so that i could work on my cube. luke showed part of the movie he's working on. jeanne liked the sticker i made of her. shannon finished her cube. jamie and nick ditched. cassie was working on some photo project. brandon showed up and picked burt reynolds as the subject of his cube. i said goodbye to brandon as i'm not sure i'll see him before he leaves for the summer.



went to have lunch at granny's. diana and jonathan have arrived. i took a nap and then went with my pops to enterprise to get a car. no rest for the wicked. i had to take everyone to tita mommy's house before dinner at lou malnati's.



dinner was great. chuck and i went back to meet belmonte at his house. we drove to chicago to go to kathy's birthday party. we bought her a huge card, a "you go girl" keychain, and some birthday toy set.
monika, cheryl, michelle, crissy, danielle and kathy's mom, were all there. we ended up leaving at like 2:30am. shite.



today

i woke up at like 12pm. my pa and everyone left pretty early this morning to go to new york. hope they have a safe trip. i was planning on getting some projects done, but it doesn't look like it's happening. i've spent most of today watching reality tv on mtv. road rules/real world all-stars, tough enough, and now real world chicago. shite.

planning to go insane

this europe trip has been a logistical nightmare. danny and i took three hours to find an available hostel in amsterdam and dublin . tomorrow, we have to get some accomodations for warsaw , vienna , and prague . thankfully beth is planning the greece portion of the trip. danny and i ate sushi at china palace ... which now serves thai food !?!?! i know, it's a shocker to me too. we then went to barnes and noble to pick up some travel books. while there, danny noticed a nice pair of legs and knee high boots with a short skirt. she was a goth chick, which is not usually something i concern myself with... but goth chicks need love too, and she was a cutie. we then stopped at 4 stores before finding a reasonably priced plug set for european countries. who knew that it would be so hard to find such a thing... during the summer... when everyone goes on vacation... huh?

i wanted to post this on the board at express... but after being gone so long, i realized that now just isn't the time for me to go back there. here's the so long, farewell speech... To my express family – Another chapter in my life is complete. One year and nine months ago, I began at Express probably much like you did… looking for a part-time job where I could have some fun, meet some people and maybe buy a few clothes. Little did I know that it would become so much more. I did buy clothes… shit loads. 1MX shirts in every imaginable color, denim in all 3 fits, and enough polos to clothe a small African country. I even had Aymeei as my addiction consultant, approving various colors and styles based on my known wardrobe. I would've been better had it not been for the damn Express Card people constantly increasing my limit.
